WE ARE WORKING ON 2027
-
Proud moments like this define why we do what we do. On Wednesday 21 January, Bordon Soapbox proudly presented our four nominated beneficiaries with the funds raised through the incredible generosity of our community with support from The Town Mayor. Each received an equal cheque of £3,083.50, real money, creating real impact where it matters most. Hosted at Hogmoor Distillery, with outstanding street food from The Makhulu Wagon, this was community collaboration at its best. One beneficiary, Bordon Food Bank, shared that these funds will support 94 families and nearly 400 people for the next two months. That’s security, dignity, and breathing space for local families. The impact behind the scenes: • 547 individual donations • 10,000+ attendees • 244,000+ impressions across our channels If you donated, shared, sponsored, volunteered, or supported, thank you. Without you, the Soapbox doesn’t happen. Discussions for Soapbox 2027 are already underway. Momentum matters. Once again, thank you for backing the Soapbox, backing local causes, and backing each other. You know who you are 🙌🏻Button

The Soapbox Download [Have your say]. As the dust [or Hay] settles from the weekend, we want to reach out and ask our community the good, the bad and the ugly. As you know, we are a VERY small team of volunteers, but our opinion matters. Have your say. Ask a question. Give some feedback. We will answer all of the questions and there are a few already [see the comments]. Thank you for your support of @bordonsoapbox #soapbox #bordonsoapbox #bsb25 #feedback #downloadButton

A Small Town. A Big Day. One Hell of a Community. A day built by the community, for the community, and it showed in every corner of the course, every smile, every soaked sock. It was more than karts and haybales. It was old friends reconnecting, families sharing the day, neighbours meeting for the first time. It was pure, unfiltered community spirit. The real heroes? The volunteers, marshals, organisers, drivers, and race teams who gave up hours, days, weeks and months to make today happen. No ego. Just effort. The karts were wild and every year it’s getting bigger and better. Two brilliant comperes held it all together, feeding the energy like pros @stuartpmorrison and Glen Lynch. The livestream? It only worked! We’ve had messages from people watching all over the UK and even as far as Australia. Madness. And then there’s you. The crowd. The die-hards. The parents, kids, locals and passers-by who sat, stood, cheered and got absolutely drenched, but never stopped smiling. Yyou showed up for your town. We’re just shy of £7,000 raised. That’s huge. But we know there’s more in the tank. Tag a mate. Share the link. Every pound makes a difference, The link is on the website. Every page, bottom right. We’re still coming down from the high, but here are some more snapshots from team @pistondesign 📸 To every single person who helped, raced, clapped, swept, filmed, donated or just gave this thing their time, thank you. You are part of the magic behind the madness. Congrats to the winners, Team Slugs, who were fastest on the day. But let’s be honest, everyone won! It was epic. It was emotional. It was everything we hoped it would be, and more. Team Soapbox 🫡 #bordon #bordonsoapbox #bsb25 #community #soapboxButton
